Privacy Policy
What TheCopyWall collects, why, who processes it, and your rights. Effective September 18, 2026. The operator is Direct Response Industries, LLC.
1. What we collect
Only what the library needs:
- Account data: email address, sign-in tokens, plan, the niches and senders you follow.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we keep the customer and subscription identifiers, never card numbers.
- Usage data: pages viewed, searches, features used, approximate location from IP, browser and device, collected through PostHog.
- Email engagement: delivery and opens of the digest and account emails, through our email provider.
- Cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and analytics cookies. No advertising cookies.
2. How we use it
To run your account and billing, show you the library, send the digest you asked for, keep the service secure and understand which features are used. We do not sell personal data.
3. Who else sees it
Processors under contract: Stripe (payments), PostHog (analytics), our email provider (digest and account email), and our hosting providers in the United States and the European Union. Authorities where the law requires. Successors in a merger or sale, under this policy.
4. Retention and your rights
Account and billing records last as long as your account exists and as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires; identifiable analytics events up to twelve months. You can see, correct, export or delete your data from your profile or by writing to privacy@vslstudio.pro; residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, California and other jurisdictions with data-protection law have the rights those laws give them, and we honour them for everyone.
5. Security, children, changes
Data moves over encrypted connections and sits on access-controlled systems; tell us at privacy@vslstudio.pro if you believe your account has been compromised. The service is for adults. Material changes to this policy are announced on the site or by email before they take effect.
